Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. You answer three questions and Bena’a builds the store; you adjust the images and wording yourself, without any code.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. The monthly subscription only. What you sell reaches you in full.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes, from the publish screen. We give you the DNS settings step by step, and the free link keeps working alongside it.
I do not have product photos yet?
Start anyway. Bena’a places temporary images and warns you before publishing that some still need replacing — but it does not stop you publishing.
How do customers pay?
Cash on delivery works from day one, as does InstaPay by transfer from your customer’s banking app. Card and wallet payments are enabled in settings once your account is ready.
Can I leave Bena’a and take my data?
Yes. Your products, customers and orders are yours, and you can export them at any time.
