Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Bena’a you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may change these terms, and will give reasonable notice before a change that materially affects you.

Your account

You must be legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your credentials and for anything done through your account.

If you sign in with Google, the security of that Google account becomes part of the security of this one.

Your store, and what you are responsible for

Your products, prices, photographs and descriptions are yours and are your responsibility. You are the seller; we are the tool.

You are responsible for fulfilling orders, answering your customers, handling returns, and for any legal or tax obligation arising from your business.

What you may not sell

You may not use Bena’a for:

• anything unlawful in Egypt
• counterfeit goods, or anything infringing someone else’s trademark or copyright
• medicines or supplements making claims to treat or cure
• weapons, hazardous materials, or anything designed to harm
• fraud, or selling something you do not have or cannot deliver

Your customers’ data

Your customers are yours. We store and process their data on your behalf so that you can sell and deliver.

You are responsible for handling it properly: do not message people who have not agreed to it, and do not use their numbers for anything unrelated to their orders.

Subscription

There is a free trial. After it, the subscription follows the plan you choose, at the prices shown on the site.

If a subscription lapses the store may stop being served. Your data is kept for a period before deletion, and we will tell you before that happens.

Your customers’ payments

Money from your customers’ orders reaches you directly — by cash on delivery, by InstaPay into your own account, or through a payment gateway you connected with your own credentials.

Bena’a is not a party to that transaction and does not hold those funds. A dispute over an order is between you and your customer.

The service as it is

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of faults.

Our liability to you, whatever the cause, will not exceed what you paid us in the preceding three months.

Ending it

You may leave at any time.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms — and will try to tell you and hear from you first, unless the breach is causing harm right now.
